REPUBLIC DAY 2012 - FLY PAST- AN IAF APPEAL In view of the flypast at heights varying from 60 to 500 metres and the associated flight safety concerns posed by birds, the IAF appeals to all citizens of Delhi and its neighbourhood to keep their areas clean and avoid throwing eatables, garbage, dead animals or carcasses in the open in all the days leading upto 26 January. Responsible citizens are also requested to alert the nearest Air Force Unit or Police Station and report instances of carcasses found in the open. Criteria for Categorization of CPSEs The Department of Public Enterprises(DPE)  has laid down criteria for initial as well as re-categorization of Central Public Sector Enterprises(CPSEs) into appropriate schedules.  All CPSEs are required to be categorised into four schedules, namely, Schedule ‘A’, Schedule ’B’, Schedule ‘C’ and Schedule ‘D’. World will Regret Its Neglect of Tibet: Tibetan PM January 18, 2012 Jan 18 (IANS): The international community is setting a bad precedence by not backing Tibet's non-violent struggle even when monks are self-immolating out of helplessness, says Tibetan leader Lobsang Sangay. "If the Tibetan movement is not supported ... there are many other struggles around the world… What will they think?" Sangay, prime minister of the Tibetan government-in-exile, asked. Sangay, who was here on his way from Bodh Gaya in Bihar to Dharamsala, his base in Himachal Pradesh, himself gave the answer. "They will say it's not worth investing in non-violence and democracy," he said. Star drag-flicker Sandeep Singh converted a late penalty corner to hand India a 2-1 win over South Africa in the second hockey Test in New Delhi on Tuesday.  India now leads the five-Test series 2-0. The home team had on Monday defeated South Africa 4-0 in the series opener. The Indians scored their goals late in both the halves through Chingelsana Singh (33rd minute) and Sandeep (68th), while Lance Louw (43rd) was the lone goal getter for South Africa at the Dhyan Chand national stadium in New Delhi.
