This year's election will be almost 17 years to the day since my mother died of cancer.

She was a strong, smart woman, devoted to her children -- she worked hard so we could be educated and have a chance at success. My mother lived to make the world a better place.

She was able to give us so much in no small part because her own mother, Toot, as we called her, was there to support her every step of the way.

This Mother's Day, as I spend time with my family, I'll be thinking of them. They shaped how I live my life, and how I govern.

I was lucky to have these two strong women there for me. And I am so, so grateful that my daughters have Michelle. I can't think of a better role model and inspiration for our girls.

I want to give her something special this Mother'…

Yatra duration every year, angry hindus today raised their voice by
protesting at Jantar Mantar and burn effigy of J&K Governor shri NN
Bohra in New Delhi today. Addressing the large gathering, member
advisory board Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Ex MP shri B.L. Sharma
“Prem” said that till year 2009 yatra was for 60 days, in 2010 it
reduced to 55, in 2011 it was for 45 and now for 2012 it further
reduced to 39 days. Even if devotees are multiplying every year, board
is restricting duration of yatra. Current year pilgrimage is expected
to cross the figure of 8 Lakhs but as per the Governor’s plan half of
them would not have darshan because of safe ceiling of 10 Thousand

DMIC in Nagda-Ratlam Investment Zone

Out of the 24 identified investment regions/industrial areas in the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) project, the following have been taken up development under Phase-I of the DMIC Project. 1.Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region in the State of Uttar Pradesh; 2.Manesar-Bawal investment Region in the State of Haryana; 3.Khushkera-Bhiwadi-Neemrana investment Region in the State of Rajasthan; 4.Pithampur-Dhar-Mhow investment Region in the State of Madhya Pradesh; 5.Ahmedabad-Dholera investment Region in the State of Gujarat; 6.Shendra-Bidkin Mega industrial Park in the State of Maharashtra; and 7.Dighi Port Industrial Area in the State of Maharashtra Ratlam-Nagda Investment Region is one of the tentatively identified investment regions in Madhya Pradesh for Phase II.
