Prosecutors seeking arrest warrant for Park

South Korean media said, the  prosecutors have decided to request an arrest warrant for ex-President Park Geun-hye. South Korean prosecutors say they have asked a court to issue an arrest warrant for former President Park Geun-hye to get to the case. For this is the latest development in a corruption scandal that has gripped the country for months and saw Park booted from office.

South Korean media are reporting prosecutors want Park's arrest over fears she would destroy evidence and given that other suspects have been arrested, they say it would be unfair not to arrest her.Park was questioned by prosecutors last week and is facing a number of charges.
