NCTC meet begins in New Delhi:
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh also defended the proposed

reports have emerged that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee,
chief of UPA’s major ally Trinamool Congress, is unlikely to accept
anything but a roll back of the premier agency.Mamata Banerjee is to

a strong anti-terror body. He stated that the battle against terrorism
can succeed only if the Centre and the state governments work

not recognize boundaries of states, and hoped that the meeting will
