Appointments by ACC

Appointments by ACC-The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the following appointments:

1.Shri Alok Rawat, IAS (SK:77), presently Secretary, UPSC, as Secretary (Coordination and Public Grievances), Cabinet Secretariat in the vacancy of Shri Ajit Kumar Seth, IAS(UP:74).

2.Shri K. Jose Cyriac, IAS (KL:77), presently Special Secretary, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, as Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, in the vacancy of Shri M. Raman, IAS (TN:76) (Retired).

3.Shri R.S.Gujral, IAS (HY:76) presently Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways as Secretary, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, vice Shri Sunil Mitra, IAS (WB:75), on his retirement on 30th June, 2011.

4.Shri A.K. Upadhyay, IAS (BH:75), presently Secretary, Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, as Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways vice Shri R.S.Gujral, IAS (HY:76), on his relinquishing the charge of the post.

5.Shri Rakesh Kacker, IAS (TN:77), presently Special Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution as Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries vice Shri Ashok Sinha, IAS (MH:75), on his retirement on 30th June, 2011.
