Czech Continues to tap Indian market
Czech Republic Tourist Authority (CRTA) and Czech Tourism continues to tap the Indian market with series of workshops travel arts presentations and events for senior travel trade professionals and media and has decided to conduct a series of promotional activities in India for promoting the destination:
CRTA plans to hold road shows in Mumbai, New Delhi and Kolkata in February, 2010 and will conduct a workshop in Kolkata under the umbrella of European Quartet with the aim to bring together Czech and Indian travel trade. A large contingent of delegates comprising of Czech travel agents, tour operators and hoteliers will participate in the road shows. CRTA's plans for India were announced on dated 28 Jan 2011 by Radka Neumannova, Director – India, Czech Republic Tourist Authority at a presentation on Czech Tourism for the travel trade in New Delhi. Radka said that Czech Republic is a treasure trove of historical sites and tourists can walk through European history in various towns and cities.Miloslav Stasek, Ambassador of Czech Republic to India also attended the presentation.
