Shipments of US and Canadian weapons to Ukraine are pushing the country’s leadership to pursue new military adventures, said Pyotr Ilyichyov, Russia’s first deputy permanent representative to the UN. He cited reports that Canada had announced its readiness to issue licenses to companies for arms deliveries to Ukraine.
