Ruling center-right party wins Estonia’s parliamentary election March 2, 2015 Uncategorized Edit Estonian Prime Minister Taavi Roivas’ center-right Reform Party has won the parliamentary election with 28 percent of the vote, according to the country’s election committee. The result ensures that the ruling party will get 30 percent of the seats in the 101-seat parliament. The Centre Party came in second with 25 percent of the vote. Sunday’s polls closed at 18:00 GMT.
