Godman Rampal supporters clash with police in Haryana; CM calls emergency meeting November 18, 2014 Self styled Godman Rampal followers today clashed with Haryana Police in Hisar District. The incident took place when the police started operation to arrest Rampal and tried to get close to Satlok Ashram premises at Barwala. Haryana and Punjab High Court issued fresh non bailable warrants for contempt of Court yesterday and directed the Haryana government and Police to produce him in the High Court without fail by Friday. Rampal followers opened fired and hurdled stones and crude bombs at police personnels. Police is firing the tear gas shells and are trying to remove women and children who were guarding the front gate of the Ashram. Some mediapersons have been injured during the clashes.
